NRGroup service area

Start the business with the systems to support it

Forming a business is only one part of getting operational. NRGroup helps organize the administrative, digital, and basic operating infrastructure around the launch.

01 / Overview

A practical view of the work

Forming a business is only one part of getting operational. The filing can be complete while the business itself is still hard to run.

NRGroup helps entrepreneurs and independent professionals establish practical business infrastructure so they can begin operating with clearer systems, organized records, appropriate account ownership, and a structured handoff.

This is administrative implementation and operational support — not simply creating accounts and walking away.

02 / Common business challenges

Where the work can feel harder than it should

  • The business was formed, but the administrative setup is incomplete.
  • Business information is inconsistent across platforms.
  • Personal and business contact information are mixed together.
  • Social-media business profiles have not been established correctly.
  • The owner is unsure which records should be retained.
  • Renewal dates and recurring obligations are not tracked.
  • Business email, phone, domain, and public contact information are fragmented.
  • Client intake and scheduling depend on texts, memory, or scattered tools.
  • Accounts were created without clear ownership or recovery controls.
  • The owner needs help getting organized before taking on more customers.

Registered Agent Service — $107/year

  • Registered Agent Service provides eligible businesses with a designated registered agent and registered office for receipt of official legal and government correspondence.
  • The $107 annual fee does not include business formation filing fees, Secretary of State fees, registered-agent-change filing fees, annual report fees, other government charges, other jurisdiction-specific filing costs, or Registered Agent Change + Coordination.
  • This service may be purchased by a new business preparing formation documents, an existing business changing agents, or an eligible existing business needing ongoing service.
  • Paying $107 does not itself form or register a business and does not automatically change an existing government record.
  • For a new business, this service may be purchased before formation filing so the correct registered-agent information can be used on formation documents; formation filing remains separate unless included in an approved scope.
  • Registered-agent service does not guarantee anonymity and does not eliminate other lawful address-disclosure requirements.

Government fees, licensing fees, permits, professional fees, and third-party charges are separate unless specifically stated otherwise. Business Launch package pricing is confirmed after intake and scope, so it reflects the actual work involved.

04 / Typical engagement activities

The work is collaborative and concrete

  • Confirm what has already been completed and what still needs to be set up.
  • Review filing information before submission and flag anything that needs your confirmation.
  • Provide administrative assistance with approved filings, registrations, and EIN applications.
  • Coordinate the digital pieces: domain, business email, business phone, contact details, and approved profiles.
  • Build the records, tracking, and intake structures the business will actually use.
  • Verify accounts, ownership, access, and recovery details before handoff.
  • Document what was created and walk through it with you.

05 / Potential deliverables

Useful working outputs, as appropriate

Potential deliverables may include:

  • Business information master record
  • Business record organization structure
  • Initial renewal and compliance calendar
  • Digital account inventory with ownership and access notes
  • Business contact-link configuration
  • Client-intake and scheduling workflows (Business Launch System)
  • Starter client and prospect tracking structure
  • Document-management structure
  • Payment and invoice workflow recommendations
  • Lead-to-client process map
  • Recurring administrative checklist
  • Written Business Setup + Operations Handoff Guide
  • Final setup verification and QA notes

06 / How the engagement generally works

A clear path from question to handoff

Every engagement follows the same delivery model: INTAKE → SCOPE → AUTHORIZE → BUILD → VERIFY → DOCUMENT → HANDOFF → SUPPORT → CLOSE. The objective is not simply to create accounts. It is to verify the setup, document what was created, confirm your ownership and access, and complete a structured soft handoff — so you leave with organized independence rather than unnecessary dependence on NRGroup. You should leave with ownership and access to critical accounts, a record of what was created, key renewal dates, your business contact and address information, an account inventory, important operating instructions, a clear list of known outstanding items, and a clear understanding of what NRGroup will and will not continue managing. NRGroup may also help identify when a question belongs with a different qualified professional. Tax matters, for example, may be referred to an independent Enrolled Agent — but NRGroup does not interpret or decide tax treatment for you.
